As a child, I was fascinated by the history of fashion and beauty, losing myself in books about ancient makeup rituals and the artistry of centuries past. But behind that dream was also heartbreak. I lost my younger sister, Samantha, at a young age—a tragedy that forever marked my life. Still, I held tightly to the vision we once shared as little girls, promising myself I’d see it through.
As a teenager, I faced more loss and trauma, and the stress began to show in my body. Eczema became a visible reminder of my pain, and my healing journey—physical, emotional, and spiritual—began. In my early twenties, I was a single mom, navigating the chaos of building a life, yet determined to reconnect with my inner child. It was in those quiet, determined moments that I began crafting my own cosmetics in my kitchen—carefully blending botanical oils and clean ingredients by hand. They weren’t just makeup products. They were rituals of healing, strength, and self-worth. From the start, I knew this would be more than a business—it would be a purpose.

This work isn’t about plastering over pain with a smile—it’s about acknowledging the shadows, facing the darkness, and finding transformation within it. My long-term vision reaches beyond the vanity mirror: I dream of mentoring youth, supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and one day building a women-led green manufacturing facility with on-site childcare, so mothers never have to choose between purpose and parenting.
Balancing the Roles That Matter Most
Being a young woman, a mom, and an entrepreneur is far from easy—but my “why” keeps me steady. Energy management is everything. Healing brings clarity, clarity fuels momentum, and structure makes it all possible. I lean on my community of women, fellow entrepreneurs, and mentors, and I’m not afraid to ask for help or receive it. I know that by showing up for my dream, I’m showing my child—and other women—what’s possible.

At the core of my work is a deep belief in generational healing. When one woman heals, she changes the course for those who follow. The young women who work with me learn far more than the technical side of manufacturing—they leave with self-worth, confidence, and the tools I wish I’d had at their age. Survivors deserve not only safety, but opportunity. That’s why the dream of a manufacturing space with childcare and trauma-informed resources isn’t just a business plan—it’s a mission.
